When you register on our site personal information is collected by Swiftqueue Technologies Ltd incorporated in Ireland under CRO Number 497646 with offices in Dublin ireland and London. Swiftqueue Technologies is registered with the Data Protection Agency in Ireland and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK under ICO Registration Number ZA010593.
2. Data Collection:
We do not store any medical information on our users.
We collect the following information:
- Your name
- Your mobile or phone number
- Your email address
- Your date of birth
- Your gender
- Password details
- NHS number, which is an optional field
3. Data Processing and who we share your information with:
We do not sell or provide your information to anyone other than the clinic you have made an appointment for. We use your personal information to send automated reminder emails and sms's for your booked appointments.
Due to the nature of their jobs some of our employees will have access to your data to provide account support and customer service, such as assisting with resetting passwords or activating your account if an activation code fails to reach you. We will always use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and mentioned above we are registered with the ICO for Data Protection in accrdance with the Act of 1998.
We will collate, aggregate and analyse non-personally identifiable data in order to understand patient appointment demand, demographics, trends and user preferences. This information will be for internal use and could be shared with the health clinic/facility in order for them to better manage resource demand during peak times.
4. Contacting you:
We may contact you from time to time with regards to:
- Incomplete Registrations Follow-ups
- Incorrect Email or Mobile Numbers registered
- If you have raised a support ticket or provided us with feedback
- On a limited basis to invite you to take part in surveys about how we can improve our service
