This Booking Facility is for North East and North West users who are being provided with a new Outlook Web Access Email Account. A number of HSE Email Hubs have been set up to assist former Lotus Notes users to enable a new email account.
Hub Opening Times: 9am - 5pm. Monday - Friday.

Photo ID and HSE Employee ID
Mobile Phone with SMS text confirmation for your appointment
You DO NOT need to bring your HSE PC or Laptop.

IMPORTANT
Before you schedule a time slot please:
Ensure you have updated your security question and have received an SMS Notification.
Do not direct any other IT support queries to hub staff - they can only deal with email setup for former Lotus Notes users at this time.
Your hub attendance will take 15-20 minutes and to minimise risk, you should only come at your designated time.
Please ensure you follow the current COVID-19 guidance on protecting yourself and others.
